My brother experienced non stop heart palpitations same day as his first Pfizer shot.

It concerned him enough to go to the hospital.

The doctor told him it wouldn't be from the Pfizer shot and to not let it stop him from getting the second shot.

Thankfully my brother uses his brains and decided his heart was important to look after, so did not get another shot.

Last I heard, he was still experiencing heart palpitations months later.
